These CD's were released by Universal Victor, Inc., Japan. I always regretted the music sucks in this series (I do admit that is a matter of opinion and maybe YOU like it!). Like with most (if not all) Japanese Bass releases they really gave the customer nice packaging.

I will share all 5 volumes with download links so you can enjoy the series for yourself. Every volume had a specific theme for the music choice.

More horror!

 

Well not really "Horror" as is music from horror movies, like they put on Bass Sonic Vol. 05, but as in "Horror"-ble music like they put on Bass Sonic Vol. 01. Then again it COULD have been "Horror" because on this Vol. 02 they put music from movie soundtracks. If you're interested in rare versions of film themes this might be something for you, if you're not then I suggest you just "fuggetaboutit"...

OK, this one is not THAT bad. "Eye of the tiger" from the Rocky soundtrack. Sounds a little like an early 90's UK rave jam (a little I said)...





Which movie is this from?? I have no idea...







Emma Katoh did her thing on the design again...

but I don't know if I should risk buying Vol. 03, "Midnight adult mega bass!", hmmmm...

Remember Bass Sonic Vol. 5? That was a "horror"ble cd right? Guess what... this one is even worse, for real! 
I have to say that Emma Katoh tried in making the design very colourfull, take a look:

GE-GE-GE NO KITAROU

This one came in straight from Taiwan

It's a CD from the Universal series "Bass sonic", labelled "Horror". Well, to be honest I was a little scared of the horror I would be encountered with when listening to it! And you know what? I got what I was afraid for; HORROR! Take a listen:

13. Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde: Toccata and fuggue in D minor




Yep, Horror! The good thing is, there's also a little something for the MJ fans!!




So you can see, it's not all "bad" ^^
