Produced by D.J. Kimura
It took me some time to find volume 1 for a reasonable price, but I finally did it. And the price was actually very reasonable: 1 full yen! Oshou brought his skills to design the bassmobile and -girl, and Hideki Kawazoe took care of the rest of the artwork. There might be more interesting info here...
but I can't read Japanese :-(
And the music? The music's not bad, the music's not bad... Let's not waste more time, just listennnnnn...

Miami Bass Volume 1 - Jiggle Jiggle
Straight from da bottom
Now here we have a really good bass cd, released by East West Japan Inc. 10 Rare tracks produced by DJ Spin featuring artists like Disco Rick, Gucci Crew 2, LA Sno and DJ Uncle Al amongst others. I'm not sure but I think this is the Japanese release of DJ Spin's Booty Party album. Take a listen, I'm sure you'll like it...
But do you know what I also like about this cd?? Do you remember Bass Rocket 4? I really have this feeling they used the same photoshoot for the cover artwork ^^
Follow me:
Miami Bass Vol-1
Bass Rocket 4
(hmmm, I wonder what happened to the anchor...)

Are you still with me? Last one:

I rest my case.

Bass Rocket Vol. 4
Time to launch another bass rocket!
Nothing but J-Bass on this. Maybe I should say 'drum n j-bass'. All songs written, composed & produced by D.J. Kimura.
The megabass mix was too long to upload on YouTube so I put it on zippyshare

I have an idea, why don't you take a look HERE or HERE to see more of the artwork from Richard Etienne for Quest Graphics.

Ofcourse you should know by now that J-Bass is always a little "diff'rent", right? I also don't understand some of the titles. Track 9 is a megamix called "Nonstop the megabass" including these tracks : crash the gold - vide bass - pumpu up da bass - erotic fantasy - hyper tech bass - escape from the white man - don't get snotty & hyper tech dance. Weird! Don't you agree??

Bass Rocket Vol. 2
You gotta love this cover !!
What is there not to love about "batgirl" (or is it bassgirl?) with a bassbazooka? And with tracks like "Pretty Snake", "Flying High The Power" and "Now My Time Is To Be All Right" you know you can't go wrong... Yup, nice artwork by Hideki Kawazoe and a cool illustration by Oshou!
The friendly people at East West Japan even advice us where to play the music:
Which actually is kind of annoying, because I really felt like playing "It's party time" at the beach! What to do now, what to do now!?
Do you have the guts to play this album at home???
You do?
Prove it!
