The album is not so low budget at all. Not saying it's top 10 material but not bad. 

 

 

 

Not much to say really exept that this Bass Boy is not Techmaster P.E.B.'s ALIAS , but rather another Danny D creation released on Backstage Records!

Teckno Master DL - Break The Bass

No one drops harder

I don't know if that is true but at least Teckno Master DL finally made an album for 12" woofers! As you might remember the previous cd "Droppin' Bass" was made for 12" wolfers only, so it's nice to know we can now finally enjoy their music on our woofers also!


 

 
Although "their" is now "his". The first album was produced by Danny D & D.J. Laz. This one's produced by Danny D only...

Cool "bass van" cover and the music is not bad at all either. All songs produced and arranged by Low Frequency and Danny D. So looking at the "Jackin for Bass" cover that must mean Roderick B. Whitehead and Danny D. 14 Tracks on this Always Fresh Records release that could not have been released today without sample clearance problems!

Captain Bass Vs The Bass Headz

With $5,000 rap contest!

Real nice cover art from Robert Reed on this one, but I keep wondering if they are talking about $5 or $5000? If so they should have spent the $5000 on their own cd. OK, it's not THAT bad, but the whole cd is rather boring imo. Problem is there's not 1 song that really stands out; the whole thing sounds like its a breakbeats album, but then Miami bass style...  

Wait! Ofcourse! That's the idea anyhow, no?? You can enter the Captain Bass rap contest by making your own rap to one of the tracks (given, it says inside you can also make your own beat, but you're supposed to use one of his I guess). Haha, that explains everything...

Maybe they had it on the original Food For Woofers release, but I don't have that one (yet ^^).

As you can see it's the same release but with a different color than the one distributed by Quality Centers (more details HERE).
